Damaris Camposeco is the daughter of a coffee producer and inherited her farm 3 years ago, since then she has been managing the 2 hectares of caturra, bourbon and pache. Damaris is fermenting her coffee for a longer period of time in order to give the cup lots of tropical fruit notes. Damaris' farm is organic certified and she grows a diverse range of food crops.
