Edgar Albeiro Coronel has been producing coffee for 12 years and helped with the initiation of the processing of coffee in beneficios on the farms. He is a member of the ASPROBILBOA organisation but also works for Cosurca in the education of helping to improve practices on the farms of the growers to improve the quality of coffee.

Once harvested the coffee is depulped and then fermented in tanks for 18 hours before then being washed and screened in clean water 4 times. The coffee is then placed in parabolic driers on raised beds for 8 days.
