Milton Ramos Vilchez is the owner of the 4 hectare farm, El Reventon, which is located in the Machete community of La Coipa. The farm is mostly planted with pache and typica, which give the cup profile it's intense acidity and floral notes.

Milton has a very unique drying area, which is a set of drying beds attached together hanging over the edge of his wet mill on stilts. Milton has benefitted from farmer training provided by Falcon, which has helped him improve the quality of his coffee and produce a micro-lot worth exporting individually.
