Zoila Camposeco is the owner of a very small parcel of land in San Antonio Huista, Huehuetenango. She has around half a hectare, which is at 1800masl and is planted with mostly pache. Zoila has been implementing an extended fermentation method which gives her coffee lots of tropical fruit characteristics. She has been recieving training from ACODIHUE in farm management and organic farming practises, which has helped her improve production and quality. Zoila's farm is organic certified and she grows a diverse range of food crops.
